PhAc-ALGP-Dox is a peptide-drug conjugate and a novel antitumor prodrug. It exhibits a range of IC50 values from 311 nM to 34.25 uM against TNBC (E0771), normal mouse epithelium (HC-11), human TNBC (MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468), human colorectal cancer (LS 174T), and normal human epithelium (HME-1) cells.
