AcrAP1 (AP1-Z1) is an antimicrobial peptide found in the venom of the Arabian scorpion (Androctonus crassicauda). It exhibits antibacterial properties, effectively inhibiting the growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as yeasts.
