Bioactivity:
1,4-Bis-boc-1,4,7-triazaheptane is a PEG derivative containing amino groups and two Boc-protected amines. The amino groups can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyls (ketones, aldehydes). Under mild acidic conditions, the Boc groups can be deprotected to form free amines.
