Our proprietary DB SuperSens Taq DNA Polymerase Green is designed for both routine and high-demanding applications with ready to load option. With high thermostability, sensitivity and specificity they are perfect for high-throughput PCR, TA cloning, and DNA labeling, this thermostable enzyme (half-life over 40 minutes at 95°C) features an antibody-based hot-start for easy preparation at ambient temperature. It provides 5'→3? polymerase and exonuclease activities, essential for hydrolysis probes like TaqMan™, and generates PCR products with 3?-dA overhangs for TA cloning.
