Flow cytometry analysis was performed using the Human MSC Analysis Kit to evaluate the purity of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) expanded under standard MSCs culture conditions. The results demonstrated that the proportion of CD90+ CD73+ CD105+ cells was ≥95%, and the proportion of CD14+ CD19+ CD34+ CD45+ HLA-DR+ cells was ≤2%, indicating that these cells were human MSCs.
