B16-F10 cells are a subline of B16-F0 cells. The B16-F10-GFP cell line was constructed from B16-F10 cells by lentiviral transduction and is a stable cell line capable of long-term, high-level GFP expression. This cell line exhibits low passage, high viability, and good condition, making it suitable for experiments such as flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging. Selection drug concentration: Puro = 2.0 ug/mL.
