Background:
RM-1 is a fibroblast-like cell line isolated from the prostate of 17-day-old C57BL/6 mouse embryo. Urogenital sinus cells derived from these embryos were infected with the Zipras/myc9 retrovirus and grafted under the renal capsule of isogenic adult male mice. The RM-1-GFP cell line was constructed from RM-1 cells by lentiviral transduction and is a stable cell line capable of long-term, high-level GFP expression. This cell line exhibits low passage, high viability, and good condition, making it suitable for assays such as flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging. Selection drug concentration: Puro = 3.5 ug/mL.
