COC1-DDP cells are a cisplatin-resistant subline derived from COC1 cells, established by Professor Chen Huizhen and colleagues using a dose-escalating drug induction method. COC1-DDP cells exhibit 6.5-fold greater resistance to cisplatin (DDP, 1 ug/mL) than the parental COC1 cells, and also show varying degrees of cross-resistance to carboplatin (CBDCA) and mitomycin C (MMC). COC1-DDP cells can be used for in vitro experimental studies of ovarian cancer therapy.
