ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Transcriptional Misregulation in Hematological Malignancy qPCR Array Kit (GQH-TMH) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 88 key genes involved in three types of hematological malignancy development (acute myeloid leukemia, precursor B lymphoblastic leukemia, and precursor T lymphoblastic leukemia), and is based on extensive literature research. Brief examples of how included genes may be grouped according to function and malignancy types are shown below:
- Cell cycle regulation: - CCNT1, CCNT2, CDK9, CDK14, CDKN2C
- Signaling mediation: - IGF1R, BMP2K, PROM1
- Differentiation regulation: - CSF1R, CD14, DUSP6, GZMB, HOXA9, CCR7, FUT8, SIX4, EYA1
Mutated transcription factors identified -
- in acute myeloid leukemia: - AML1, CEBPA, PLZF, ZBTB16, SPI1
- in precursor B lymphoblastic leukemia: - TCF3, PBX1
- in precursor T lymphoblastic leukemia: - TLX1, TLX3
GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg^2+ , and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
