Cureline provides clinically-defined bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMC) from a consented patient. Preparation: snap-frozen cell pellet, 5m x10^6 cells/tube. BM aspirate is procured into K-EDTA collection tubes, mononuclear cell separation is done using Ficoll-based procedure. Suitable for RNA/DNA/protein preparation.
