Description:
Cureline provides clinically-defined bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMC) from a consented patient. Preparation: FFPE block, cell pellet. BM aspirate is procured into K-EDTA collection tubes, mononuclear cell separation is done using Ficoll-based procedure. Proprietary protocol is used for FFPE cell pellet preparation. Suitable for IHC.
