Cureline provides clinically-defined bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMC) from a consented patient. Preparation: snap-frozen cell pellet, 10 x10^6 cells/tube. Bone marrow aspirate is EDTA collection tubes; mononuclear cells were isolated with Ficoll-Paque PLUS (Amersham Biosciences) according to the manufacturer?s protocol and snap-frozen; suitable for DNA/RNA extraction;
