Description:
Cureline provides clinically-defined BM mononuclear cells from a consented patient. Preparation: 5 x10^6 cells/1ml/tube. Bone marrow aspirate is EDTA collection tubes; mononuclear cells were isolated with Ficoll-Paque PLUS (Amersham Biosciences) according to the manufacturer?s protocol and frozen gradually in FBS with 10% DMSO; suitable for culturing and functional assays;
