Description:
ScienCell's nuclease-free water (NFW) is prepared by incubating ultra-filtered water with 0.1% diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC). Subsequent autoclaving ensures the full removal of DEPC so it is ready to use for applications requiring nuclease-free conditions.

Quality Control -

NFW is ensured to contain no DNase or RNase activity as determined by gel electrophoresis analysis on NFW incubated overnight with DNA and RNA samples.
