Description:
These Human Primary Intestinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells are isolated from the small intestine and characterized via immunofluorescence staining. Cells can be expanded for 3-5 passages when split using a 1:2 ratio under the recommended culture conditions.
Donor History:
Normal tissue, Small intestine
Growth Conditions:
PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) coated with Gelatin Coating Solution (0.1%) (TM063) are required for optimal cell adhesion and growth. The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X Series Medium for T4210 (TM4210) + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO2.
