Mobilized LeukoPak Fresh Neupogen(R) 10ug/kg x 5 Mozobil 240 ug/kg x 2 Day 5 Collection Full Pak

5 doses of 10 ug/kg total body weight of Neupogen (filgrastim) are administered on each of 5 consecutive days and two 240ug/kg total body weight doses of Mozobil®(plerixafor) are also administered on the 4th and 5th day prior to collection. Leukapheresis is performed on the day of the 5th administration and the following day* using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System. Mononuclear cell-rich blood is continuously collected using ACD-A as an anticoagulant. Approximately 120mL of autologous plasma is combined with apheresed cells. The product is filled to deliver a nominal 290mL and is shipped in a 300mL transfer bag. Total nucleated cells (TNC) in our fresh Neupogen/Mozobil®-mobilized leukapheresis products are composed of on average 1.3% CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Actual TNC concentration and CD34+ percentage vary based on donors' response to mobilization and from collection to collection. *Second bag from the donor is for sale only when First bag is purchased.
