Description:
Peripheral blood cells collected by apheresis are treated with ammonium chloride to remove red blood cells (RBC) and washed to remove platelets. Mononuclear cells (MNC) are shipped in a 2mL cryovial. Viability is > 80% post-thaw. Our peripheral blood MNC products are composed of, on average, 50% T cells, 20% monocytes, 10% B cells, 7% NK cells, and 3% granulocytes. Actual cell type percentages vary from collection to collection.
