Description:
CellCor™ EXO CD is a serum-free, chemically composition medium that enables both human-derived mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC) growth and isolation of hMSC-derived exosomes. It does not contain animal/human-derived extracts or lysates, which have been a weak point in traditional exosome acquisition, as they are all replaced by synthetic or recombinant proteins. When analyzing the medium using NTA, few impurities and particles are observed, enabling accurate counting of exosomes. This product has been tested for bioactivity, endotoxin, mycoplasma, etc.
