DIANA Biotechnologies DBdirect qPCR probe mixes demonstrate significantly higher amplification efficiency compared to competitor PCR mixes. Unlike competitor mixes, their sensitivity remains unaffected even after prolonged incubation at 25°C with primers and probes, remaining stable even after 5 days at 25°C. The data below show results from freshly prepared reactions, without any pre-incubation.
