Description:
Immortalized Human Oral Gingival Keratinocytes (HPV-16 GM) are derived from a healthy donor and were immortalized using HPV16 E6/E7 genes. Immortalized Human Oral Gingival Keratinocytes (HPV-16 GM) express the following typical epithelial marker genes: cytokeratin 1, cytokeratin 10, involucrin, and filaggrin. Characterization by indirect immunofluorescence, RT PCR, and transplantation assay.
