ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Skeletal Muscle Cell Biology qPCR Array Kit (GQH-SKM) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 88 key genes involved in human skeletal muscle cell biology, including skeletal muscle contractility, development, proliferation, and differentiation. Genes implicated in selected skeletal muscular disorders are also included in the array. Brief examples of how genes may be grouped according to their functions are shown below:
- Skeletal muscle cell markers: - SGCA, CKM, EIF5A, ENO2, FABP3, MSTN, ITGA7, ITGB1, MCAM, MYOD1, MYOG, NCAM1, TNNI1
