ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Dermatitis and Asthma qPCR Array Kit (GQH-DER) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 88 key genes involved in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (or eczema) and asthma, which is frequently associated with this chronic inflammatory skin disorder. Genes are also included for related conditions such as allergic contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, ichthyosis, and eczema herpeticum. Brief examples of how included genes may be grouped according to pathology are shown below:
- Atopic dermatitis: - CCL11, IFNG, IL13, IL4, SOCS3, FLG
- Asthma: - HNMT, ADRB2, ALOX5, PLA2G7, PHF11
- Allergic contact dermatitis: - IL10, IL17A, TNF, CD4, CXCR3
- Seborrheic dermatitis: - IDH2, SETBP1, ZNF750, ALOX12B, BTD
