Mobilised LeukoPak Collections

Caltag Medsystems offers Mobilised LEUKOMAX® Leukopak units from healthy, normal human donors. Through the process, donors are prepped with injections of G-CSF (Granulocyte-Colony Stimulating Factor – also known as Neupogen®), Plerixafor (also known as Mozobil®) or a combination of the two agents. A mobilised Leukopak provides you with millions of stem cells from one individual donor.

Mobilised leukopaks can be collected according to one of the following IRB-approved regimens below:

• 5-day Neupogen and Mozobil combination
• 5-day Neupogen only collection
• 2-day Mozobil only collection

Cell lab scientists can provide you with PBMCs or isolated immune cell subsets from leukopaks.
