The Ab-Match series has the capability to detect various cancer antigens as indicated in the figure and other significant biomarkers. For example, the REG3α PAP1 ELISA kit detects REG3α. In SOS and GVHD patients, plasma levels of REG3α, and other biomarkers on day 14 were significantly higher indicating an effective biomarker for these diseases (1).
Each assembly kit includes a capture antibody, assay standard, biotinylated detection antibody, and either streptavidin-HRP or HRP-labeled detection antibody. Moreover, our universal kit provides an ELISA plate, capture antibody immobilisation buffer, blocking buffer, sample dilution buffer, wash buffer (conc.), streptavidin-HRP dilution buffer, enzyme substrate, and stop solution. These specially optimised buffers ensure a seamless utilisation of the sandwich ELISA kits with our Ab-Match series antibodies.
