RNA IVT Kit
The OZ Biosciences IVT kit is designed for high-yield RNA production (2.5 mg/kit). Incorporation of modified nucleotides (methoxyU, PseudoU, labelled nucleotides, …) is easy thanks to separated NTPs and a very efficient T7 Polymerase.
mRNA Poly(A) Tailing Kit
The OZ Biosciences Poly(A) tailing Kit is designed for the enzymatic addition of a poly(A) tail to the 3’-hydroxyl termini of capped or non-capped RNAs independently of the template. The highly processive enzyme offers an excellent reproducibility of reactions carried out under the same conditions.
mRNA Capping Kit
The OZ Biosciences Capping Kit is designed for the in vitro enzymatic capping of mRNA. It allows the addition of a Cap0 or Cap1 structure on the 5’ terminus of mRNA, improving its stability and translation. This kit enables great capping efficiency, due to the Vaccinia virus Capping Enzyme, in quick and easy steps
