COVID-19 Lateral Flow Immunoassays

COVID-19 ELISA Kits (enzyme-linked immunoassay)

Enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) Kits are quick and quantitative method to detect an antibody or antigen of interest. RT-qPCR Coronavirus Detection Kits

Quantitative reverse transcription PCR involves transcribing coronavirus RNA into DNA. Amplification of the resulting DNA via qPCR can be analysed in real-time, allowing for highly sensetive quantification of COVID-19 RNA (and therefore, quantification of viral load) in a highly sensitive method. RT-qPCR usually comes as a 1-step (RT and qPCR in 1 tube) or 2 step (RT and qPCR as separate reactions).
